  • Shipping & Delivery

    ATV Accessories Online will ship via the carrier selected at checkecout. Orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours unless notified by one of our customer service representatives of any shipping delays. We ship to the lower 48 states and ship standard ground.

    We do not allow Delivery Intercept service from any carrier.

    Non-maintenance batteries and chemicals are shipped ground freight only to the continental U.S. Any free freight offers are for the continental U.S. and are shipped ground freight.

    We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Please call to get prior authorization before returning any items. Items being returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packaging. Also, items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days.

    To return an item please make sure that:
    • Your Name and Order Number are included with your package
    • All items are in new condition and in orginal packaging
    • Call our customer service to get a return authorization

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Our website reflects the most current pricing available in our database. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing costs or mismarked items. Payments are made on our store however we do not keep any credit card information whatsoever.

  • Viewing Orders

    You may view the status of your orders anytime by logging into your account and clicking "My Orders".

  • Updating Account Information

    You may update your account information any time by loging into your account here. If you need to modify the shipping information on an order please call us immediately after placing your order. We will not be responsible for any orders shipped to the wrong address after the order has left our warehouse.
